In 2020, I returned to my roots in Iowa and founded PellaKin, fueled by a desire to be closer to family and embark on a new chapter in my professional journey.

Introducing Cole, co-owner at Pellakin Construction. Cole grew up on a farm near Pella, IA, and is passionate about making updates to his home, riding dirt bikes, and being in the great outdoors. Now, he resides in Waukee, IA, providing services to the local community and Des Moines metropolitan area. With over 6 years of construction industry experience, Cole is dedicated to exquisite craftsmanship and ensuring client satisfaction. His expertise transforms ideas and concepts into reality.
In the midst of our construction endeavors, we're occasionally accompanied by our furry companions who add their unique charm to our workspace. Ares, the Great Pyrenees, assumes the prestigious role of site supervisor, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards. Maverick, the Silver Lab, our forever "paw"rentis, brings joy and companionship to our daily operations, reminding us that even the toughest construction days can be brightened by a wagging tail.
